Arrival Time
Please show up at your scheduled appointment time.

Late arrivals are discouraged as they can create overlap between clients and may result in your treatment being cancelled.

We understand that life happens and things often come up at the least convenient times. Should you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or consultation.

Please note: If you cancel within the 24-hour period, you may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. No-show clients will also be subject to this fee.

Please keep in mind that canceling your appointment is not the same as rescheduling. The above policies do not apply to rescheduled appointments; however, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
