If your “Scheduled” Injection Consultation/Appointment requires a cancellation please let us know as soon as possible. We do require 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel under the 24 hour time period due to unforeseen circumstances, we will require a $50.00 deposit prior to rebooking your next appointment.
*Please note that a Cancellation is different than Rescheduling.
We meticulously prepare for every Consultation/Appointment and late cancellations adversely affect our day to day operations.
